Broadcast me a joyful noise unto the times, Lord,
Count your blessings.
We're sick of being jerked around
We all fall down.

I was really out of it right before/at the start of rehearsal today. I had just spent the previous hour in journalism. Everyone was reading everyone else's movie reviews. All of the reviews were anonymous (marked only with a letter), and we were supposed to rate each. And somebody got mine and spent the whole class critiquing it. Line by line. Out loud. And then people chimed in. Oh, it was so much fun. Let me just tell you how much I love that class.

And then, of course, I came to drama and had the pleasure of watching one of my favorite people have a panic attack, and she couldn't breathe, and I didn't even fucking PAY ATTENTION to her at first, because I was too wrapped up in my own BULLSHIT to realize that she needed someone. And then, even when I wanted to, I couldn't help at all. At all.

Add to that the fact that the Direktor was stressing, and I couldn't help him at all either. And my argumentative cast, who I haven't done a good job directing so far.

EDIT: Put the "e" on "breathe". .__.
